The Zhuhai University Games are held over 2 months in October and November 2022, and feature eight events including Tennis, Track and Field, Football, Basketball, Badminton, Cheerleading, Weiqi and Tai Chi. UIC sports teams are participating in six of these events, competing with other local universities for medals and glory.

The Games kicked off on 22 October 2022, with the 7^th Zhuhai University Tennis Tournament held at Hengqin International Tennis Center. UIC’s Yizheng Huang, who had already won the Zhuhai Invitational Tennis Tournament a year earlier, repeated his triumph with 1^st place in the Men’s Singles. He then added a second gold medal winning 1^st place the Men’s Doubles with his partner Zihao Tian.

Overall seven UIC team members won ten medals, finishing 1^st place in the Team Score Ranking.
