Hiking activities promoting a healthy lifestyle

The Whole Person Education Office held two hiking activities on April 9th and 10th, 2022, with a participation of nearly 200 staff and students. The activity aimed to promote a positive attitude and healthy lifestyle.

The hiking route started from UIC’s Arts Hill, then up the hill bordering the campus, and coming down near the main entrance of the college. The whole journey took about 2 hours, and participants could enjoy a beautiful view of the campus from the top of the hill.

One student participant said "sweating after hiking makes me feel comfortable and happy. The surrounding environment makes me feel relaxed and more motivated to study. I think this activity is very meaningful, balancing work with relaxation, and I hope there will be more hiking activities like this."
