ENG3813 Professional Communication


AIMS & OBJECTIVES

This course primarily aims to help students access English-speaking workplaces and improve their language skills to competently communicate on a professional level, with real-life applications. The main topics covered include: the communication process, different forms of communication (e.g. video conferencing and emailing), job search skills (e.g. career planning and resume/CV creation), workplace communication (e.g. informational and persuasive messages), attending meetings and job interviews, and online communication.
